Jokainen foorumille rekisteröityvä sitoutuu noudattamaan niitä ohjeita ja sääntöjä, joita ylläpito / yhdistys / moderaattorit ovat asettaneet. Näin pääsy pelkästään jäsenten käytössä oleviin ryhmiin avautuu mahdollisimman nopeasti.
Mikäli rekisteröityminen ei onnistu, voi yhteyttä ottaa sähköpostitse ongelman selvittämiseksi.
Huomioithan myös, että foorumi tallentaa jokaisen rekisteröityvän / foorumille kirjautuvan ja jokaisen postauksen IP-osoitteen. Nämä ovat ainoastaan ylläpidon nähtävillä ja luovutetaan eteenpäin ainoastaan viranomaisten niin vaatiessa.
IP-osoitteen lisäksi tallennetaan foorumin käyttöön liittyviä tietoja, kuten viimeisen kirjautumisen ajankohta jne. Lisäksi tallennetaan rekisteröityessä annettu käyttäjätunnus, sähköpostiosoite ja salasana.
Muut profiiliin lisättävät tiedot ovat vapaaehtoisia ja ne antamalla hyväksyy myös niiden tallennuksen. Profiileihin syötetyt tiedot ovat ainoastaan yhdistyksen jäsenten ja ylläpidon nähtävillä.
